MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM
Becoming a member at Maffra Community Sports Club is a simple way to get more out of every visit. Whether you’re here for a meal, a drink, or a night with friends, membership gives you access to exclusive offers, rewards and promotions across the venue.
From discounted food and beverage pricing to loyalty points and member-only giveaways, it’s all designed to give back to those who support the club.
Joining is quick and can be done in venue with our team. Once you’re signed up, you’ll receive your membership card straight away and can start enjoying the benefits immediately.
We offer two membership options. Gold Membership is available for $5, while Platinum Membership offers additional benefits for $25.

Membership Tiering
In addition to your Gold or Platinum membership, members at Maffra Community Sports Club are also part of our loyalty program, which operates as a four-tier rewards system. These tiers are Opal, Ruby, Sapphire and Diamond, with each level offering greater benefits as your activity increases.
Your tier is based on the number of points you earn over a 12-month rolling period. As you use your membership card across the club, your points accumulate and determine which tier you sit in. The more points you earn, the higher your tier and the more benefits you may receive.
TIERING BENEFITS
As you move up through the tiers, the rewards become more valuable.
Members in the higher tiers may receive:
- Increased daily visitation bonus points
- Higher birthday bonus points
- Monthly loyalty bonus point multipliers
- Access to additional offers as determined by the club
- For Diamond members, non-expiry of loyalty points in line with club rules
Birthday Bonus Points
Members may receive bonus points during their birthday month by swiping their card at the kiosk. These birthday bonuses depend on your tier and are allocated on the first swipe during the month of your birthday.
Monthly Loyalty Bonus
Depending on your tier, you may also receive a monthly loyalty bonus point multiplier on the points you have earned when using your card. These bonus points are allocated automatically at 8:00am on the first day of the following month.

SUB Clubs & Community Membership
We’ve introduced a new Community Membership model designed to support local sport and community groups.
When you become a member, you nominate a Sub Club. Your membership fee contributes to a shared funding pool, which is returned to clubs based on the support they bring in.
It’s simple, transparent, and built to give back.

Community Sponsorship Pool
Membership revenue flows into the MCSC Community Sponsorship Pool — a shared fund managed transparently by the board and funded directly by membership participation.

Sponsorship is returned to clubs based on member participation — the more members a club brings in, the greater the sponsorship it receives from the pool.

How do I earn points?
Points are earned in two main ways:
When purchasing food and beverages at the club, members earn points by presenting their membership card. The current earn rate is:
$1 spent = 1 point earned.
Members can also earn daily visitation bonus points by swiping their card at the kiosk. These are allocated on the first swipe per person, per day. The number of visitation points depends on your current tier:
Diamond – 100 points
Sapphire – 50 points
Ruby – 20 points
Opal – 10 points
How can points be used?
Points can be redeemed across the club for food, beverages and other eligible goods and services. The current redemption value is:
100 points = $1
This gives members a simple and practical way to turn regular visits and spending into real value!
How do I check my points or tier?
You can check your points balance and tier at the membership kiosk or by asking one of our staff at any time.
Is there an age requirement to become a member?
Yes, you must be over the age of 18. We will ask for valid photo ID at the time of signup.

Membership applications is quick to set up, and you’ll receive your card straight away so you can start using it immediately.
What’s the difference between Gold and Platinum?
Gold Membership is a free entry-level option that allows you to earn points and access promotions. Platinum Membership is $25 per year and includes discounted food and beverage pricing, access to Happy Hour, and greater overall value for regular visitors.
Do my points expire?
For most members, points should be used before the end of the financial year (30 June). Diamond tier members may have extended benefits.
Points will not expire at 30 June, provided your membership remains active or is renewed within 30 days of the end of the financial year.
If your membership is not renewed within this timeframe, it will be removed from the active database and any remaining points may be lost. If you are unable to renew due to circumstances such as travel or illness, please reach out to our management team
Do bonus points count towards your tier?
No. It is important to note that bonus points do not contribute to your membership tier. This includes:
- Daily bonus points gifted through certain promotions
- Birthday bonus points
- Monthly loyalty bonus points
Your tier is based on qualifying points earned through eligible member activity, not bonus or gifted rewards.

Can I opt out of the rewards program?
Yes, you can opt out at any time by contacting the club directly.
How do I move up a tier?
Your tier is based on the points you earn over a 12-month period. The more you use your membership card, the higher your tier and the greater the rewards available.
Can my tier go down?
Yes, tiers are reviewed periodically. If your activity decreases over time, your tier may be adjusted accordingly.
