GAMING ATTENDANT - CASUAL
Join our team and play an important role in delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest standards of gaming compliance and responsible gambling. This is a great opportunity for someone who is professional, reliable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
About The Role
As a Gaming Attendant, you'll provide friendly customer service while ensuring gaming operations are conducted safely, responsibly, and in strict accordance with VGCCC regulations, venue policies, and Responsible Gambling requirements. Duties include assisting patrons, processing gaming transactions, maintaining accurate compliance procedures, monitoring gaming activity, and promoting responsible gambling practices.
We're looking for a reliable, professional team player with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to compliance. Previous hospitality or gaming experience is desirable but not essential.
Applicants must hold, or be willing to obtain, a current RSA, RSG, and Victorian Gaming Employee Licence. Shifts are available across weekdays, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

BISTRO ATTENDANT - CASUAL
As a Bistro Attendant, you’ll be part of our front-of-house team delivering friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced dining environment. This role involves taking orders, serving meals, maintaining a clean and welcoming space, and ensuring every guest has a great experience.

BAR ATTENDANT - CASUAL
As a Bar Attendant, you’ll be working across our bar areas preparing and serving beverages while providing great customer service. This role suits someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, has strong weekend availability, and can maintain high service standards during busy periods. RSA is required for this position.
